The entrepreneur Eduardo Favaretto, Internet and IT Specialist, has decided to found your company iBUSCAS in 2005 and to put in practice your project by his own investments and help from a small group of collaborators. "In my opinion, there still is a lot of opportunities to be explore in the search engine market, related with data quality instead of data quantity. We want to help people to get useful filters in order to find right information easily, without spending too much time to execute this task", explained Favaretto.

Launching and available today ::buscas.com (http://www.buscas.com) in its preliminary activation, known as A phase, will register users interested to know the new service and also starts to operate ::buscas.com weblog, an available blog (Portuguese and English) to create interaction of its future users, as well as, to reply to visitors doubts and comments. Posts content and comments answers will get the direct attention of Eduardo Favaretto.

"The main objective of ::buscas.com is to organize in only one Internet address, links to other search information sites around the world - Brazil, Portugal and other countries where Portuguese language is spoken will receive great prominence. We also expect with ::buscas.com weblog to obtain users opinions to deliver a more complete project", said Favaretto.

While global Internet exceed 1 billion of users, in Brazil the number of active users, those that live in houses with Internet access, is about 25 millions - data reported by IBOPE//NetRatings.

To a country about 189 millions of habitants, the Internet penetration rate is still low: only 17,41% when comparable with US, Japan, Australia and Switzerland, where is more than 60%.

Based on these numbers ::buscas.com plans its operation in 5 languages to also allow global access from foreigners interested on information from Brazil.

Favaretto estimates to register about 150 thousand users, Brazilians and foreigners, up to the launching of the project B phase, that will occur during October/2007, when invitations will be sent to registered users for free site operation beta services use.

The C phase, the last one, with 100% of site operation, will be launching during December/2007.
